Hi everybody, I'm giving out my room in the Student Hotel in Groningen (Boterdiep 9, 9712LH). It is available for indefinite period. It is a contract take-over so I want to highlight that is not a subleasing. The room is full furnished with a private bathroom, flat screen TV, personal desk and closet, double bed (bed size: 160x200), free Wi-Fi, free Gym, free personal bike and shared kitchen. The room is around 18 m2 and has also air conditioning and a regular bi-monthly cleaning. It is available for Student and Working-Student, it is also possible to smoke if wanted. As I said before it's a contract take-over, I had to leave the room before time so if anyone is interested to get the room has to write to me.
The room is a panoramic room on the 5th floor and the average monthly cost is 789€. I post here some photo, but if you go on the Student Hotel website you can easily see how a normal panoramic room is.
