my name is Thomas Eltner, I’m 36 years old and from Germany. I’m moving to Groningen for a new job as a senior architect/ urban designer at an architecture firm in Groningen, starting on October 1st, 2026.
In addition to my new position, I own a 90 sqm apartment in Dortmund, which I will be renting out. I also receive additional income from a supervisory board postion and as a lecturer/ docent at the University of Dortmund and Dessau in Germany.
